MINEOLA
First named Sodom, sometime after about 1875 the name was changed to Mineola. The present-day Mineola is a fine little town in East Texas, about 90 miles or so east of Dallas, full of pines and antique shops and great people. There are a great many stores and activities here, a few of which are highlighted below.
